Jackson Telly Custom

This guitar is an employee project and judging by its features was made in late 1984. It has a sloppier paintjob than normal which can be the reason why it wasn't officially stamped. Going by the logbook there is a matching log entry for serial J0396 without WO number and it's marked for Eric who did some other employee projects as well. Hopefully I'll find out the history at some point.

The guitar has early custom wound Jackson pickups without model designation stickers. The bridge pickup is marked with tape and a funny text that you can see in the pic above. The neck of this guitar is very much like early 1983 Rhoads models. The heavy poplar body delivers a strong bass response much like a Gibson LPC. Overall this is a very powerful instrument made for crushing power chords and fat single note riffs.

Big thanks to Mark!
